Members Terms and Conditions
Once payment for the year/month has been made, membership can be cancelled at any point but there will be no refund.
If you set up a direct debit/standing order through PayPal or a payment with your personal bank account, it is your responsibility to cancel the regular payment.
If you take up the early bird monthly offer, cancel and then renew in that same year, you will be charged at the normal monthly fee.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult with your doctor before exercising. You are responsible for your own health and safety whilst following any video from SanFran Fitness. It is your responsibility to warm your body up before exercise and cool down after your workout to prevent any injury.
We only allow one free 7 day trial per client to our membership subscription website. If more free trials are taken out by the client, they will be cancelled immediately.

We also collect sensitive information. The term ‘sensitive information’ in this context refers to information related to your health.

– Have an accident in the premises we use.

– Involve you in a picture or video, used for promotional material.
What do SanFran Fitness do with personal data collected from you?
We use personal data to facilitate bookings of classes and personal training sessions. We also use it to send you membership reminders.
We require health data so we are able to assess your readiness for physical exercise for personal training only
In an emergency and if you are incapacitated, we may also process your personal data (including sensitive data) or make personal data available to third parties on the basis of protecting your ‘vital interest’ (i.e. your life or your health).
We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes without your consent.
How do SanFran Fitness store your personal data?
Your personal data will be kept confidential and secure and will only be used for the purpose(s) for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data electronically.
How long do SanFran Fitness retain your personal data?
Unless we explain otherwise to you, we will retain your personal data for as long as you are a customer of SanFran Fitness, and for a period of 3 years from the last membership/personal training session you attended. Being a member of our website confirms you have read and understood this document.
